Refund policy

RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns unless PRIOR acknowledgment and approval are given.

Our policy lasts 15 days after shipping has been delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your shipping delivered date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be store credited, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges, unless prior communication and approval is obtained.

Shipping
To return your product, we will give you the shipping return address once return approval has been made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable). If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount if we have to pay for the shipping cost.

If you are shipping items and the total cost is over $75, you have to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless this step is completed.
